Renovations to a residential building, dating back to 1906, which has a remarkable modernist facade; a project by the architect Luis Elizalde.

Its interior was totally reconstructed in order to house offices for the Basque Government.

Two floors were added through the construction of a new mansard roof which corresponded geometrically to the strict regulations already in place. Its position at a corner, with two external facades and two party walls, determined its uses. The inclusion of a small central lobby, which connects with all floors, enabled us to arrange the work areas within the perimeters of the facades, thus improving the building's spatial organisation.
