Building composed of two bodies. A lower podium containing garages in three floors. A recessed upper section is home to the residential development, with eight dwellings on four floors. The perimeter surrounding the block with the dwellings is finished with terraces on three of its sides and a communal garden area at the back.

The marked difference in textures between the rough masonry in the base of the building and cladding of black limestone in the upper section, together with an ordered composition of openings in the façade, are the outstanding features in a simple exercise in residential design for a private developer.
